My Story & Approach
For me, real estate has never been about rushing a transaction or reciting a script. It begins with listening closely, asking the right questions, and understanding the life you are building — so every step of our strategy serves your real priorities.
Having rebuilt my own life with purpose and integrity, I know firsthand what it takes to step into a new chapter and relocate to a new coast. Choosing the Monterey Peninsula was a deliberate decision rooted in the daily rhythm of the water, the trails, and the distinct character of the communities here. When I am not touring homes or negotiating contracts, you will usually find me in the gym, journaling with morning coffee, walking the coastal recreation trail, or filming neighborhood tours for my channel.

Life Outside of Escrow
Moving to the Central Coast meant trading inland heat for emerald waves, rocky coves, and crisp ocean air.
